Alignment Slow Flow- Alignment Slow Flow![]() Using the principles of Precision Alignment Yoga, the postures are taught in a flow sequence, moving from one posture into the next. We unravel the body by building from simple range of motion exercises, to foundation postures, to more challenging strength and flexibility postures |
